October is Coming Up Fast--What's Going On in Duluth?

October is the perfect time to "fall" in love with Georgia all over again--and Duluth locals have a lot to look forward to this autumn.

Check out what we're looking forward to the most below, or visit the Duluth Town Calendar online to see a full list of upcoming local events for Georgia family fun, food truck gatherings, craft nights, art appreciation, nature outings, and so much more!

Free Yoga on the Town Green

Every Thursday in October at 6:30--what better way to enjoy the beauty of a Georgia fall than getting in touch with your inner spirit, and even getting a great full-body workout out of it?

STEAM/Art Walk

On Friday the 13th, join a spooky night of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math showcasing projects from local students in combination with the Duluth Fine Arts League.

S'mores 'N Snores Campout

This all-ages event on Saturday the 21st should be a blast for everyone. BYOC (bring your own camp) including sleeping bags, tents, and friends, and enjoy free s'mores, games, crafts, music and entertainment, and great food.

Howl on the Green

Enjoy some great pre-Halloween fun, with Howl on the Green on Friday the 27th. Bring the kids (and your inner child) to the town green for trick-or-treating, inflatables, fun and games, local Duluth food trucks, and a lot more.

Fall Foliage Hikes

And, of course, there are fall activities that require no RSVP, no prior planning, and no calendars--just a love of the great outdoors. Hike or walk trails all over Georgia at places like Amicalola Falls State Park, George L. Smith State Park, Black Rock Mountain State Park, or your favorite local spots.

It's not hard to see why we love being a part of the Duluth, GA community!
