Family Friendly Summer Events in Gwinnett County

The first day of summer is here and how better to celebrate it then by checking out some out the great family friendly events coming up in Gwinnett County! From concerts to festivals, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Suwanee Fest – Saturday, September 16th

The Annual Suwanee Fest kicks off September 16th and it is one event you will not want to miss. Join runners from all around Gwinnett County for a 5k or 10k race then meet in Suwanee Town Center for the traditional one-mile parade and watch all the fun floats from local business and organizations. Suwanee Fest also hosts a variety of exhibitors with local items and food vendors. And don’t forget the entertainment! Throughout the weekend, there will be dancers, acrobats, bands, and other diverse groups!

Movies Under the Stars Summer Concert Series – Mall of Georgia

Every Saturday night starting June 24th through July 29th, the Mall of Georgia will be presenting movies under the stars. On the schedule are top blockbusters such as: Hidden Figures, Moana, Trolls, and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Grayson Farmers Market

Support local farmers every Wednesday during the Grayson Farmers Market. You will find locally grown fruits and vegetables, free-range eggs, local honey, baked goods and much more!

Duluth Celebrates America – July 3rd

Celebrate Independence Day a day earlier in Duluth, Georgia with fireworks, entertainment and activities for all ages. The event starts at 6pm and will run until 11pm. View more information here:
